Earning Respect and Trust
Related to country: Belarus

After seeing the film "Freedom Writers Dairy",I was touched by Ms.Eriin's teaching methods. She love her students and did what she can do to help the students out.In all,she is a successful teacher and receive students'
respect and trust.
This movie reminded me of my Middle Shool English teacher. We called her Ms.Liu,
she is very thin and seems a little strict with
us.She also has her own way to teach the
students.
First, before the class begains, she will do
some starter activities to motivate our brains.
This can help us enter the class easily and
quicly.In Ms.Erin's class,she also used this
kind of method, although her aim was to investigate the students' situation.
What's more, after learning a lesson, she will ask us to find a partner or form a group
to perform the diallogue or the situation. This
can help us to consalidate the knowledge and
use them in the real life.
They are both good teachers! They are not
only concern students' studies but also their
emotion. In the movie,Ms.Erin asked the students to keep a journal every day. They can write anything, their past, present and future.Thourgh this way,she can understand
them better. She also invited some expeirenced persons to give them lecture. This helped them find confident and
the hope of future.
Ms.Liu is as well as her.She also told us
some philosophies of life and willing to help
any student who is in trouble.Under her management, the whole class is unity and every student love and respect each other.
In a word, they did their heart and soul to
help the students both in studies and lilfe.
They are not only teachers but also our freinds and even our parent! They love students and also receive students' love, respect and trust!
